Draft 3 · 3 October 2026
Draft 2, for comparison
/// CurrencyTransfer partner portal

One introduction, followed to the money.

Two short films for prospective partners, built for phones and WhatsApp, each under 16 MB. They were recorded on the demo network: a partner manager with 15 introducers, and one of those introducers with their own agency clients. All of the data is made up.

01

For partner managers

Meridian Partner Network · 15 sub-partners

02

For partners

Brightwater Advisory · 7 agency clients

What changed since draft 2

  • One story instead of a tour: both films follow a single introduction (Brightwater Advisory to Northwind Media) to the money, and run about 1:10 and 1:05 instead of 1:55.
  • Built for a phone: one hero per beat, pushed in to 2-3×; captions in Archivo Expanded at 46px with no numbering; side panels on the key beats; a lighter 25% dim; a larger cursor.
  • Crafted sequences rendered frame by frame from the live pages: the spreadsheet that fills itself in and settles onto the real table, the WhatsApp bubble, “Then what?”, and an ending built from the account’s own statements. Its counter lands on the page’s paid-to-date to the penny.
  • Brightwater’s £288.32 holds its place while Meridian’s split turns into Brightwater’s own Payouts page.
  • Cuts and matched dissolves only: no dips to white, no fades. Frame 1 is the title card, which also makes it WhatsApp’s preview.
  • Copy follows your answers: nothing on who pays whom or how long commission lasts, “around the 28th”, the split mentioned in passing, and the generic ask.
  • A restrained score and sound design, timed from the films’ own event log: a soft tick on every PAID stamp, a low bell on the scheduled payout, near-silence under “Then what?” and on the final frame. Both films still work with the sound off.

Recorded on

The development copy of the portal (the demo-video branch, with PRs #5712-#5715 applied). Every figure on screen, the crafted sequences included, was read from the live pages at recording time.
